Kim is a passionate consumer advocate dedicated to fighting back against illegal robocalls by helping everyday people understand and exercise their rights under federal law. After personally experiencing the frustration of relentless, unwanted calls, she happened upon a consumer news segment that showcased the Robocalls to Cash kit. Using the kit to jumpstart her journey, Kim took matters into her own hands—learning how to identify robocall violators, gather evidence, and successfully pursue damages under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

With over five years of experience and driven by a commitment to empower others, Kim now trains and educates consumers on how to track, document, and organize robocall activity in a way that supports enforcement efforts and potential claims. CPC’s training workshops and resources break down the robocall processes into actionable steps, and provides organizational tools that help individuals take back control of their phones and their peace of mind.
